A look at our structure
The holiday farm "Casa del Timo" is situated on a hilltop at only ten minutes from Noto, capital of the baroque. It offers the visitors a wide and charming view. On the road to Rosolini, "Casa del Timo" can be easily reached from Noto driving on the newly built highway. This typical farmhouse of the 19th century is endowed with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, two double rooms sleeping three people each and air conditioning.
From the house it's possible to walk and visit the archaeological site of Mount Finocchito, explore the territory, walk among shrub of thyme, sage, wild fennel, myrtle and other Mediterranean typical essences, that contribute to create an oasis of calm in the green.
The most important production of the farm are almonds, olives, carobs, all grown organicly.
All the operations, from the pruning to the harvesting are realised by hand guaranteeing a final product of high quality.
